Ingredients

  • 12 oz shrimp peeled, deveined, and cooked
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon thyme leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon ground oregano

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with cooking spray.
  • Add the shrimp to a mixing bowl and pour in the canola oil. Cover and gently shake to evenly coat the shrimp.
  • In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, cayenne pepper, thyme, and oregano. Stir or shake to mix well.
  • Add the seasoning mixture to the shrimp. Cover the bowl again and shake gently to coat the shrimp evenly.
  • Spread the shrimp out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, or until the shrimp are warmed through and the edges are slightly crisp.
  • Serve warm, with lemon wedges on the side if desired.
