Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 1 chicken breast
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

For the Wrap:

  • 1 large burrito-size tortilla
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 4 bacon strips
  • 4 tablespoons store-bought Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Cook the Bacon:

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook bacon for 2-4 minutes per side until crispy.
  • Let cool slightly, then chop into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

Prepare the Chicken:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season chicken with salt and pepper.

  • Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear chicken for 4 minutes per side, then transfer the skillet to the oven.
  • Roast for 9-12 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.

Make the Salad:

  • On a large cutting board, mix chopped lettuce, sliced chicken, chopped bacon, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Use a large knife to chop and combine everything evenly.

Assemble the Wrap:

  • Lay the tortilla flat and place the salad mixture in the center.
  • Fold in the sides, then roll tightly into a wrap.

Toast the Wrap (Optional but Recommended!):

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Place the wrap seam-side down and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp.
