Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts cooked and shredded
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 package pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken and Bacon:

  • Cook chicken by grilling, baking, or sautéing until fully cooked. Shred using two forks.
  • Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble into small pieces.

Make the Filling:

  • In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing.
  • Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir well to combine.

Assemble the Chicken Bake:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle (about 12×8 inches) on a lightly floured surface.
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly down the center, leaving a border around the edges.
  • Fold the sides over the filling, then fold the ends to seal into a log shape.

Bake:

  • Place the chicken bake seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Brush with olive oil for a golden crust.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
