- 2 cups cooked grilled chicken breasts chopped (seasoned with your favorite spices, see Notes)
- 1/4 cup Hidden Valley® Simply Ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cilantro minced (optional)
- 4 8-inch tortillas
Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Add about 1/2 cup of chicken, 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing, 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese, and 1 tablespoon of minced cilantro (if using) to each tortilla.
Fold each tortilla tightly into a burrito shape, tucking in the edges as you roll.
Heat a heavy-duty pan or grill over medium heat. Lightly coat with oil or cooking spray.
Place the wraps seam-side down in the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are crispy and golden brown.
Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve immediately.
For the chicken: Use rotisserie chicken, leftover chicken, or grilled chicken. For extra flavor, season the chicken with 1 tablespoon of fajita seasoning before grilling in a hot pan for 5-6 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
Optional add-ins: Try shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, avocado, or a sprinkle of hot sauce for extra flavor and texture.
