Ingredients

  • 2 10-inch flour tortillas
  • 2 leaves green leaf lettuce or substitute with baby spinach or kale
  • 1 ½ cups rotisserie chicken chopped
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

Instructions

Lay the Base:

  • Place the tortillas on a clean surface.
  • Lay a lettuce leaf in the center of each tortilla to create a barrier and keep the wrap from becoming soggy.

Add the Chicken and Toppings:

  • Divide the rotisserie chicken evenly between the two tortillas, arranging it down the center of the lettuce leaves.
