Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for a lighter option
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish, spacing them evenly.
  • Spread the creamy Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden brown.
  • (Optional) For a crispier topping, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes.
